Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once you place your online order, you will receive an email notification or a phone call from our customer service team within 48 business hours to let you know the date that your order is scheduled for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Based on the items in your order and postcode.
For larger items over 20kgs please call to get a quote.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
Melbourne Home Centre is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
